OE-EKO was established in 2020 by Primož Gabrič, PhD. Primož Gabrič is an experienced manager with the expertise in building up waste management facilities from a conceptual idea to the realisation of economically and technologically successful production. After company establishment Albertina Županc and Aleš Strupeh have joined the company and became co-owners of the company. Both are experienced waste management experts and managers. 

OE-EKO strives to offer their clients sustainable waste management solutions based on the know-how and the use of contemporary technology. 

OE-EKO is in strategical business partnership with the company SALOMON d.o.o. Ljubljana, where the OE-EKO team manages the waste management programme of the company with more than 200 employees (SALOMON ECO). Under SALOMON ECO operates a packaging and E-waste scheme RECIKEL d.o.o.. Primož Gabrič is the CEO of SALOMON ECO. In 2021, both companies together managed around 200.000 t of waste.
